This replaced our previous 10yr old Samsung washer and like that one, this is proving to be an excellent buy. More modern design with wi-fi connectivity and the ability to control from the SmartThings app, plus the built-in display. Really like the AutoDose feature, a real time saver. Love the end of program tune that Samsung play too!

The washing machine is lovely it’s really quiet! I didn’t realise how bad my old machine was till we had the new one installed. I don’t use the auto dispenser as I like pods.

I have to admit I’m impressed with this machine because although it is not the most expensive it certainly has some great features such as the door flap for stuff you forgot. I do like the WiFi feature it’s just that you still have to actually press start on the machine for the program to start, so frankly you might as well have set it on the machine itself. Its mid- range price is good as you get what you pay for especially as it comes with a five year warranty. Note: you’ll probably have to phone to apply the warranty as the Samsung website crashes every time

Bought this machine 18 Months ago. Drum stuck, broke down, Called Samsung to book repair after four days called me back thinking it was a dryer. Still not got an engineer booked. This is after two previous calls I made lasting 45 minutes Explaining what was wrong. Very poor Customer support so far. Very disappointed.
