Really good product. Looks nice (for a washer) Simple controls. Really like the auto dispense. its almost silent when it runs. I like that you can connect it to the SmartThings app and get notified when the wash is done.

Really quiet on spin I am impressed and like the hatch through which you add an item to the wash once program has started. Obviously the important thing is that it does a great wash and clothes come fresh and clean :-)

I've used a few of the different cycles now and they all wash my clothes really well. It is a fairly quiet machine and feels really solid and sturdy. The door doesn't swing around like my old machine. I would recommend this washing machine. It takes a little while to work out which cycle is best for you but once you've got that sussed out it's fine. AO delivered my machine on time and the delivery team were very helpful and knowledgeable.

We replaced a 5kg machine with this new Samsung autodose/addwash and it has been an absolute game changer as a family of 3 soon to become 4 we knew we would require a large machine and this one has all the plus's , the ability to add the laundry liquid and also conditioner into the machine and then not have to worry about dosing as the Samsung does it automatically , clothes come out smelling fresh and much cleaner than our previous machine . The added benefit of being blessed.to add this to our home network and utilise Samsung smart things also means I can set up a.laundry recipe at work and send to the machine so my washing is done for me getting home from work. Another massive benefit is the addwash everyone always has a random sock or in our case muslin or bib that you have forgot to pop in the drum.the addwash allows this and saves any hassle . I would highly recommend this washing machine 5 stars
