The design is sleek, the addwash makes the front quite bulky and I would’ve chosen a profuct without it, but it for our requirements on all other aspects so that was no deal breaker, everything works as it should and it’s quite silent compared to the old model Samsung I had. The only complaints , for me, are, firstly the way the programs are not written on the front of the machine and you need to scroll through them, making it hard to miss the one you’re after and second, each program has a certain time, but I loaded a cotton wash and it said washing time 1 hour and 27 minutes, and it took more than 3 and a half hours for it to finish. Of course the program changes length depending on the weight of the load, but I found it weird that it didn’t recalculate the timer and it just kept showing the same 1 hour and 27 minutes… I have tried it on several different programs and it works well, although some clothes were coming out cleaner from my previous samsung. The products used are the same, the only difference being the setting of the appliance to use as much product as it needs. After a few washes, we’ve decided that it doesn’t was properly on the dose it takes and went with the manual one. All in all, a good washing machine, but I feel that some modern twists are not helpful in this case.

Brilliant machine, lots of different programmes including quick wash which wasn’t on the description list. Auto dispenser for detergent and softner a real bonus. Already used to add wash for a stray sock. Would recommend

Brilliant washing machine. Very quiet. Very happy with it. Also found it really easy to link to Smart Things.

Had it a week. Installation OK. Tried a variety of wash cycles, all seem very good. Spent cycle at 1400 is very efficient. Slight negative is that with all digital cycle selection chosing a wash cycle takes a few seconds rather than one knob turn.

This machine really is quiet, smart and efficient - once you get used to the display and all the options. I wouldn’t go back so pleased to get this model

Very good value for money. The washing maschine is quite. Good options of washing programmes. It does what it says.

Great product. Love the 2 quick wash programmes. Add wash very useful too. Quiet. And you can turn off the end of wash signal.
