I had an engineer out FIVE times in under seven months.
Twice the water was leaking from the front door - they have added a small door in the main door to add anything dropped/forgotten, this door appears to be the issue and leaking.
The whole front was replaced each time.
The model has an automatic detergent and softener dispenser which is a brilliant idea....if it works.
The whole unit was replaced THREE times as it didn't work properly - it didn't send the liquids to the machine and even though the dispensers were full and an error message was saying they were low, I was even told to water down the liquids which didn't work.
On the same day of the third replacement I still got an error message to say there was no liquid in the drawer.
Each time I needed to contact Samsung to get the engineer out I had to spend over an hour and a half on the phone as they insist on running the machine through an entire wash whilst on a video call watching it, on the fifth time I told the agent I wasn't prepared to do the video wash cycle again and she refused to help me unless I did so.
It is only after having the same issue repaired THREE times that Samsung would consider a refund/replacement.
My research appears to show that the issues I had are very common so I would guess that they are design faults and Samsung should be doing something about them.
AO were excellent in facilitating the refund and I bought a different brand machine from them which I am really happy with so far.
I would NEVER consider buying a Samsung machine again.
