I installed the machine myself was not to hard and it is perfect very quiet easy to set up and with the washing liquid and comfort dispensers on this machine , only have to fill periodically also with the add clothing door it help some times all round i would recommend this and the phone app is great

Absolutely love this machine. I now have a matching pair, I bought a heat Samsung heat pump tumble drier a few weeks before hand too. I was a bit skeptic Al about the drier but both machines work like a dream. Not only that, but AO MADE MY PURCHASES VERY EASY AND THE DELIVERY STAFF WERE AMAZING TOO. I’d highly recommend this product and AO too.

Personally love the faster spin above everything else. All other features superb as well, but the spin speed is our favourite!

It's a bit noisy but you want to wear your clothes just after the drying process! Excellent stuff.

It’s early days but so far very impressed- lots of wash cycles, clothes are clean, fresh and machine is very quiet. Notifications in app tell you when cycle is complete and the tune of plays hadn’t got annoying (yet!). AO delivery and installation was very good. We also have the Samsung series 9 dryer and they both look good in a utility room.

Amazing product , silent , leaves clothes extremely soft

Only a few washes in and already impressed, much quieter than our last washer with the added bonus of being able to tailor each wash via the SmartThings app and start and monitor the wash online. The auto detergent & softener dispensers are another cool feature along with the add wash door so no more random single socks anymore…?? Definitely recommend this machine.
