This is probably the best washing machine I have ever owned. Water plus is definitely a great addition. Not a huge fan of the conditioner caps, too expensive and not very powerful. The twindos is amazing. Highly recommended to anyone who likes the laundry smell like laundry.

I have only had this gourgeus machine for week but I do have to say I'm not buying any other make .... to be honest it took me 10 years to "bite a bullet "and spent a fortune on this one. But so so worth it. Sleek,quiet,fast,great washing results.....Only after a week I can go on and on and on.....If you want Bugatti in washing machine world buy this one.... :-)

I took the leap and went for a top end washing machine. So far I’m very happy. I’m loving The TwinDos. Clothes seem to be coming out fresher , it’s SOOOO quiet and no wait for the door to open when the cycle has finish. I’m more than happy.

Decided on this model based on a discussion with a rep in the Miele experience centre (shop in other words) in London. Ordered from AO based on personal recommendation and delivery availability. Delivery was prompt, on time and extremely courteous and professional. That's the good stuff. Error codes relating to their proprietary wash system from the first wash. Calls to the HelpLine suggested actions I'd already tried. Engineer booked - and this would be my only real criticism in that the closest appointment was 5 days away which could have been more of a problem if we'd had children. Engineer turned up, hadn't seen our error code before and promptly declared the machine as requiring replacement. To be objective and fair, the process to organise this, through AO, was buttery smooth and extremely impressive, No argument, discussion or debate and a replacement machine arrives in two days time. However I'm a little concerned that such an expensive machine was faulty at the time of delivery. Perhaps we should have opted for something with a 10 year warranty? Time will tell.

this machine is so worth the money. It is ultra quiet, it looks stunning and they wash is amazing. The twin dos system dispenses just then right amount for your load and clothes come out smelling lovely. There is a wash for everything and all fully adjustable to suit your requirements. The mobile control is excellent and you even get a guid to follow if you are unsure of what setting to put the wash on. All in all you get what you pay for. Meile Have got it right, a solid machine looks stylish and gets amazing result.

Everything I was hoping for, excellent machine and the clothes do appear to be washed better. Had to use Miele customer services for advice and straight through to a human who couldn't have been more helpful. Expensive but you pay to get the best. Would I buy again - yes.

Miele isn’t the cheapest but certainly the cost can be justifified by the results. Ultra quite compared to my Bosch (previous one) the clothes come out really clean and soft. I was sceptical about the Twindos system but I think it’s fantastic.. we are using a lot less detergent than before and the Miele one smells great. Highly recommend .
