No complaints with the product or the ao.com staff I spoke to. The delivery had to be aborted because the transport was too big to access the address. I had put comments in the delivery section when ordering so this process obviously needs to be reviewed. It was dealt with & delivery rearranged for the following day.

Only had this cooker a wk but very happy with it. Easy to use & keep clean. Same size as my old cooker yet seems so much bigger.

Delivered quickly with installation and disposal service. The cooker is working well so far, simple clear controls for everything, all visible on the top front. Hobs heat quickly, both ovens work well and hold their temperatures separately.

Really pleased with my purchase. The cooker looks good and although we have only had it a week it’s performed well. Cooking things evenly and quickly. I was a bit apprehensive as we only have a small slot 55cm and not many manufacturers make that size. However our old cooker broke (after 20 yrs!) so we didn’t have much choice, but I didn’t need to worry. Would definitely recommend.

Love this cooker loads of space in it heats up quick, comes with 3 shelves in the bottom and one in the top but they all fit in each so its a brilliant space saver especially if your cooking a large meal. also has a timer easy to use. overall could not be happier with it cant wait to use it again tonight.

This oven is real value for money. The elements heat up rapidly and so everything is cooked quickly. Even making marmalade yesterday I couldn't believe how quickly my largest pan was boiling. The small oven cooks really evenly and heats up quickly as does the big oven. This makes lovely evenly cooked sponge cakes. So great all round.

This cooker does exactly what the description says.. The hobs heat up near enough instantly and has a red safety light that warns you its still hot after use that goes off when cool to touch... The fan assisted oven works brilliantly and also cools down once u have turnt off the oven .. The grill has 2 parts so if you only doing a slice of toast u no need to wait for the whole thing to heat up u can heat separate sides alone if u wish... best free standing oven ive purchased so far 5*

The cooker is a replacement for our previous Zanussi cooker that has given us years of faithful, trouble free service. The new cooker well made and functional, it’s easy to use and in many ways an ‘improved’ version of our old Zanussi cooker, I would recommend this cooker to anyone who would be considering it. The score of 4/5 has been given because like any product, you can’t please all of the people all of the time, I am disappointed that the electrical connection panel is littered with razor sharp edges which cut you to pieces while connecting the appliance, I’m also disappointed that the grill door needs to be closed during use, we use a traditional grill pan with a handle which protrudes the cooker when in use, it works okay with the door open with The half grill selected but if the full grill is used the grill cuts out completely after a short while as though power has been cut to the selector switch (grill element, panel neon indicator and grill compartment light go off) and resume working again I assume that the cut out has reset. Not the end of the world though.
