Fabulous service, delivery and removal of our old cooker. Very polite delivery men. Product is as described. Cooked a Sunday roast with it and worked brilliant, very spacious and efficient. Also nice neat design. Would highly recommend.

This purchase was to replace my old Zanussi oven which I had for over 15 years, we had replaced the element twice and the fan once over that time so decided it was time to buy a new cooker and was happy to buy Zanussi again. Things I like on this new model are the lights on the grill/top oven area, I like that the grill pan doesn't need a shelve to support it and I love the way you can remove all the glass on the doors to clean & there aren't any bits that food/debris can gather like my old one. I like the control knobs - clear & easy to use. I like that because I don't need the shelf for the grill pan I can use it in the main oven - 3 shelves - I feel positively spoiled. The minute minder it's simple to use. The hobs heats up quickly and I like that there are various size of rings to use. I baked 3 large trays of shortbread at the one time to try it out & they all cooked evenly - perfect. Things I don't like so much are that the fan appears quite noisy when the oven is on & stays on for quite a long time after cooking is finished. The shelves have a dip in them which I found makes it hard to take my trays out so I have turned the shelves upside down & that seems to have sorted that issue. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend.

New cooker much better performance than old model we had before.Not happy with the markings on the control knobs.All black same as the control knobs so you cannot see easily the number setting you are using.Also you now have to grill with oven door shut plus there are no handles for the grill pan.

Great piece of kit. Simple to use. Nice looking. I'd buy it again if for whatever reason I needed another cooker. Will need someone with reasonable electrical knowledge to connect. One negative; the knobs do not rotate 360 degrees. I.e. You have turn anti clockwise to turn on, you cannot rotate clockwise straight to the highest setting. I fear one day I'll forget and snap one off.

The oven and hobs heat up quickly. The design is pleasant.

Unfortunately the temperature dials are made with a cheap grey/silver plastic, not stainless steel, cheapens the look of the whole cooker. My old Zanussi also had it's dials made of plastic but they felt and looked way better than these ones. Disappointing, didn't expect that when buying a cooker that's presumably designed in Italy.
