I love the look of my new cooker, it has made itself at home really quickly, I test drove it as soon as I had carried out all the 'before using for the first time' instructions-baked scones, coffee cake, frangipane tart and egg custard....it's performance matched its good looks!

I ordered a cooker from ao and this is now the 4th product I have ordered from them and yet again the service was brilliant. The product itself has been amazing. The double oven has made such a difference in cooking time, the hob heats up so quickly for an electric one. Overall fantastic product and great service! Would definitely recommend zanussi to others

So far all seems well, only had this one week, but so far very happy with it. It's very difficult to select a cooker, on line, but very happy that I selected this one. I've had Zanussi products in the past and always been happy with them. This cooker does look good, I was a little concerned at first because I thought the switches seemed rather large, but the overall effect is good, cooker does a good job, and looks good. Switches are great for anyone, particularly if you have any difficulty with your hands and fingers. Happy to recommend to anyone.

We were led to believe this was a plug and play, and even when it was delivered (on the doorstep) we asked the delivery team if it was plug and play, and they said yes, really easy. We removed the packaging, and brought it into the kitchen, and it was definitely not plug and play. We called out the electrician, who came by and had to bring parts, plugs, and many other things, that it costed us over £200 more to get it connected and working. The cooker is great, but really disappointed in the misleading information given, and the fact that the delivery team double confirmed it was plug and play was very disappointing to be misled. The product is good, the top oven does not really work as an oven, more of a grill, as tried to bake spinach pies in the top and the bottom, the bottom took 15 minutes and they were cooked, the top we had to wait 1 hour, and still they did not cook fully so moved them to the lower oven. I would also suggest that they include a splash top that can be opened so that it is at the back of the cooker, for more safety of the product.

The cooker itself is superb. The is the second Zanussi cooker I’ve bought (in different houses) and both have been excellent. This one in particular heats up faster than any cooker I’ve owned and retains its heat longer, which is surely going to mean reduced running costs. Cooking is excellent; it doesn’t dry out food and cooks fairly true to recipe instructions (some electric cookers tend to cook much slower or faster). The grill is very wide and the included pan is huge. On that note, be aware the grill try is so large you’ll need a big dishwasher to fit it in. Overall superb end-to-end and we’ll worth the investment.

I bought this Zannusi cooker on AO to replace my oven and I am so chuffed.... it is so efficient and the oven cooks all the food on all levels evenly. The hob is quick in heating up and easy to manage different settings. The grill has two settings which is also very useful. Great value product and great service from AO as always. The delivery was faultless and the guys who delivered the oven were so helpful and friendly. Thank you

After having my last cooker for over 10 years, my expectations were extremely high in what I was looking for and what I purchased. I had a budget of around £900-£1000 so was looking for the brands which I hadn't been able to afford in the past. I created a short list from the website looking at what I wanted and I whittled it down to the features like the literage of the oven (this was the most important factor on this purchase) and how many shelves I got etc. I've used this cooker now for 2 weeks and love it. The oven is amazing. Either my old oven hasn't worked properly for years or my cooker is just amazing. Yo top it off it's easy to clean. I would 100% recommend this cooker to anyone looking to replace theirs... oh yeah it fits a 16lb turkey in there ??

Looks great, cooks well. Only issue i have is the ridge at the front where the dials are makes it hard to use a large frying pan.
