Really good unit, cool are medium sized sun facing room brilliantly

very cold! Cools a large room in 10 mins even in 30 degrees. Set up was easy, controls are easy to operate. It’s quite loud but this is subjective. Heavy and not easy to move up stairs but fine on wheels.

Good service from AO. But struggled to fit properly to sash windows.

I can already tell this is my purchase of the year. Easy to set up and comes with the window kit. Fantastic product! Cools my living room and kitchen area in 5 minutes. Similar level of sound to a large fan.

Excellent unit noise is acceptable and the window kit that’s included is very good fits nicely to my window to exhaust the hot air and ensure the room cools nicely to my requirements.
