- What features should I look out for on a Samsung Fridge Freezer?
Frost-Free
All Samsung fridges come with frost free technology, meaning you’ll never have to spend hours scraping ice from the freezer again. It also protects your food since ice doesn’t form on packaging, which could affect taste and texture.
Water and Ice Dispensers
If you want a cool drink after the morning jog, choose a fridge freezer with a water and ice dispenser. These comes in two types – plumbed and non-plumbed. If you want to fill a water tank inside, this is a non-plumbed model. If you want constant water on tap, it’ll need to be plumbed into the water supply.
With Samsung’s Beverage Center™ you can easily enjoy a refreshing glass. It sits behind a door in the fridge and because it has a dishwasher safe* and BPA free** Autofill Pitcher, it’s more hygienic too. You can even fill the pitcher with herbs to add some flavour to your drink. Plus, the Dual Auto Ice Maker gives you both cubed and Ice Bites™ to suit any occasion. It saves you freezer space being in the fridge as well.

Twin Cooling Systems
Samsung’s Twin Cooling Plus™ system uses an evaporator in the fridge and one in the freezer. It keeps an even temperature in each cabinet and also stops flavours from transferring between the two, so your food always tastes delicious.
Vacation Mode
Vacation mode is a great feature for when you’re away from home for long periods. When you choose this setting, it shuts off the fridge to save energy while keeping the freezer running. (So just remember to empty the fridge before you go).
