- How do I use my Clean Station™?
Simply detach the dustbin from your Cordless Jet and insert it into the Clean Station™. Once it’s in there, the bottom lid of the dustbin is designed to open up, securely emptying the vacuum dust from the bin without scattering it back into the air.
- Should I buy a robot vacuum?
Robot vacuums are brilliant for people short on time, or who are away from home often. You can even schedule some robot vacuums so that they can start cleaning your home when you’re not in*. With a lightweight, slim design, a robot vacuum is great at cleaning hard-to-reach places. They can get underneath low-level furniture too, which make them really useful for people who can’t move around as easily.

- How can I connect my Jet Bot™ to SmartThings?
Samsung SmartThings offers a clever and easy to use way of controlling your smart devices. With the SmartThings app* you can connect and control your Samsung Jet Bot™ from anywhere. So long as you’re connected, you can use the app on your phone, a Samsung TV, Family Hub, or with your voice using Bixby, Alexa, or Google*. There are even new features like customised cleaning zones, and the Jet live monitoring camera that lets you keep an eye on your Jet Bot, and your home, from wherever you are.
*Requires a wireless network, a Samsung account and the Samsung SmartThings App. The Samsung SmartThings App supports Android OS 8.0 (Oreo) or later, which is optimised for Samsung smartphones. - Does wattage effect the vacuum suction power?
All vacuum cleaners made or imported in the EU must have a motor of 900w or less. There is no evidence to suggest that vacuums with lower wattages are worse at cleaning. Vacuum cleaners are given an energy efficiency rating, and the most efficient models are A-grade. Samsung models offer environmentally friendly 210w, with a Turbo Mode function for trickier areas that need a bit more power.
