As well as the 69 litre gas oven, you’ve got the tall electric oven on the right. It holds 66 litres, so there’s room for a few baking trays at once. Because it’s a fan oven, the heat’s even from top to bottom – exactly what you need for batch baking.
The grill’s in its own compartment, so you don’t have to plan out when you want to use the grill and then the oven. Get them both cooking at the same time. It’s a glide-out grill so it completely supports its own weight. Pull out the tray, turn your food, then glide it back in without having to balance a hot grill.
The same goes for roasting. The PROP90NGFSS/C has a Handyrack tray attached to the inside of the main oven door. It opens out with the door so you can check your meat, have a taste and put it back into the oven without the need for oven gloves.
For healthy dishes, use the griddle. This sits on the hob and drains away any fat from your food. It’s much healthier than pan-frying and a great way to show off if you’ve got friends round. The wok cradle’s great for dinner parties too – it sits on the hob and holds your wok in place. Completely detachable, you can add or remove it as and when you need it. Both are made from cast iron as well, just like all the pan supports, so you know they’re going to last for decades to come.
With its stainless steel finish, this range cooker will look great in a modern kitchen. It reflects the light too, making a small room look much bigger.
