    Good tumble dryer

    Good tumble dryer, our first heat pump one. Was concerned that the drying time would be more than the 12 year old condensing tumble dryer it replaced but in reality it’s only slightly longer - around 2 hours per load. Impressed with its energy efficiency, it uses around 1/3 of electricity per load. Also handy that it can be drained to the waste main or via a water container if no waste is plumbed in.

    Tangles clothes as only spins in one direction

    Terrible, we really do regret buying this tumble drier, it only turns in one direction meaning larger items like sheets and duvet covers get tied in knots and do not dry, after the first dry (3 hours for cottons!) we have to untangle everything and then put it on another dry. Really regret buying this machine and want to return it!

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
