    Cooker has solved problems with the previous cooker's grilling system. At a very competitive price from a good customer service company that delivered as requested with all problems of removal of old cooker and fitting the new cooker resolved. The new cooker solves all my requirements at a very reasonable price. Easy to use and very reliable.

    I needed a new cooker urgently my old one of over 25yrs died. I read the reviews on cooker it was silver I wanted white, but most were not available. So gave this a go was slightly concerned, but so far it good no problems. The lads that brought it & fixed it were absolutely brilliant, showed me how it works easy, only person that is having trouble using it is hubby, grill was a bit different but it works good

    The oven is really good. Very simple and a nice slight resistance when you turn the dial so you know if you're on (for example) 4 or 5. The guys who brought it in put it right where I needed it too, no fuss.

    Not very happy with this item,saucepans could easily slide off hob as the saucepan racks are higher than the hob. If items are placed on shelf of top oven,when pulled out the shelf falls down if it is on the second shelf holder from bottom of oven,bad design, would not recommend, also had to purchase a special product to clean stainless steel.

      Get your new cooker fitted the same day it’s delivered with our connection service. Our Gas Safe-registered engineers will disconnect your old appliance for you before getting your new one completely set up and ready to use. We’ll unpack it and give it a full health check first, to make sure everything is in tip-top shape, and we’ll give you an official gas safety certificate too. Before you order our connection service, there are a few things you should know and a couple of things to check. Take a look at our helpful gas cooking installation page for more information.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
