    Be aware that this cooker does not come with the connecting cable. This caused extra expense with the electrician who fitted it. There is also a certain amount of condensation when using the oven (on the front of the oven). Apart from those two things it’s not bad.

    we turned to ao for this cooker it meets our needs I can finally cook enough pizzas in one go to keep the kids happy, the cooker it the perfect height, it’s nice and simple easy to clean, even better is we ordered it and it was delivered and installed in less than 24 hours. We had a phone call a few hours after ordering to talk thru the order process delivery process Will definitely be coming back to ao for all our future needs.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
