    Great product, affordable with all the bells and whistles.

    It’s a great machine, perfect size for a family of 3, we have a toddler so there seems to be an endless amount of washing. We like that there are lots of features for small and large loads. Different options for timings, super quick or longer wash settings. It looks great in our kitchen. And the service from choosing the machine to delivery was excellent. I had to call in to talk things through and the customer service person was patient and helpful. The delivery team were courteous and went above and beyond when delivering our washing machine. I would recommend AO to everyone I know. They really made buying this appliance a stress free process.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance. Our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes, slot it under your worktop, fix your cupboard door to the appliance, and make sure everything is working properly.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
