Bit early to comment on the long term opinion but it replaces our previous, similar, same brand appliance which only enjoyed a short life. Hopefully this will offer better longevity.
The only comment as a user, so far, is that the door pockets, while being very configurable, are not actually the most practical or useful dimensions for the sort of door objects that we store.
The lights inside, there are 3 in the fridge, get brighter as you open the door which is rather considerate, particularly if you are in a dark kitchen.

Integrates into our kitchen perfectly with great capacity and flexible configuration. Freezer is a good size but is not massive in this combination and frost free is a significant bonus. Super quiet too.
