Very good product, but no installation service, and comes with no ducting. Ducting is different size from my previous (not Neff) hood. However £15 bought a new 15cm ducting kit. Problems didnt end there as hood is specifies 15cm ducting but is actually 16cm aperture. And I needed another adapter to connect to 12cm outlet vent. Accordingly it took two people several hours to install. It shouldnt be that difficult. With the help of some duct tape, some perseverance and improvisation, it is installed now. Another problem is that the chimneys is narrower and shorter than my previous two hoods. Check all dimensions before ordering! Lastly its the chimney is not truly black, more of a dark charcoal colour, but not a problem for us. If this is your first hood and your vent is low, it shouldn't be so hard, but if you had a previous hood, expect that nothing will fit!

This is our first purchase from AO and we are very happy with the appearance, price and quality of the product. The delivery time and communication was excellent too. We have since purchased another kitchen appliance as we are fitting a new kitchen and have confidence it will also be of a high standard.

Looks very stylish and has good extraction. Lights on it are bright and very useful to see what you are doing and how well things are cooking. Kitchen fitter said no issues fitting it and was straight forward Would recommend. Only negative is the controls are high where we had it placed but that was our choice

Works Brilliantly at clearing steam and cooking smell. If your short in height this hood is no good my wife can not reach the controls my fault though I should have done more home work. The hood looks great
