    Great machine with cutting edge features.

    This is a great machine with cutting edge technology. Being able to control and monitor my washing from my phone is amazing. The auto-dose feature also saves me loads on detergent and softener by only using what it needs. I realised I've been using way too much previously!

    No spin only function, does ‘t take softener

    The washing machine is simple to use once you get used to it. The inly issues I have found are there is no spin only function only a rinse and spin and it doesn’t seem to be taking the fabric softener, if it is it takes a tiny amount and my washing is not soft and doesn’t have the pleasant smell that fabric softener gives. I did reach out to Haier about this to he told I would be charged a callout fee if there was an issue and that I would be charged if there was a problem with it. Only had it 2 months yet they are trying to charge me when it has a 2 year guarantee.

    Really happy with this washing machine. Love the smart feature and also the fact that we can store washing liquid and conditioner for longer time and it takes the amount itself. Love it!

    Poor after sales service

    The machine doesn’t take the softener, rang to get an engineer out, 2 week wait, then cancelled on the day (having taken a day off work) having to wait another week for another engineer to come out!! Machine also doesn’t have a spin only function which is a negative. Quite complicated to use.
