Very effective rug cleaner. Bit noisy because the motor pump is powerful and it extracts a lot of water from the rug. Nice long mains lead. The hose is also quite long, and the motorised brush makes life easier. Generally easy to fill, to empty and to move it around. Standard delivery was actually the next day - a very pleasant surprise.

I HAVE THE FULL SIZED RUG DOCTOR SO DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE SPOT CLEANER . WAS JUST AS IMPRESSIVE AS THE FULL SIZED CLEANER . STAIR CARPET LOOKED LIKE NEW ,SMALL STAIN PATCHES DISSAPEARED FROM LOUNGE CARPETS ESPECIALLY IN THE WALK WAYS . AS OTHERS HAVE SAID RATHER AWKWARD FILLING TANK BUT I PROPPED IT UP IN THE SINK AND MANAGED QUITE WELL AND YES THE TANK NEEDS FILLING A FEW TIMES BUT IT IS A MINATURE CLEANER SO YOU EXPECT THIS .THE CARPETS DID NOT TAKE LONG TO DRY AT ALL AND THIS MINI PRODUCT SAVED ME A LOT OF TIME AND ENERGY . VERY HAPPY, SO PLEASED I PURCHASED THIS CLEANER. I CAN NOW KEEP AREAS OF WALK WAYS,MY STAIRS AND SUITE LOOKING PRISTINE

lovely little machine does what it says it does abit noisy but really most of them are highly recomend
