Suction was great but the hoover felt unbalanced being too light at the brush end. Also as it was used for a pet home, once used I had to pull out the hair and dirt and remove the inner filter before all the dirt fell out. This left me with dirty hands, not a great product for my needs so returned it. Really disappointed with what I thought would be a great product.

The power on the hoover is amazing ! It’s very light weight and easy to use .. it charges quickly and lasts a great amount of time. I always think Miele are good anyway but it’s just another fabulous product to come from them !

Really happy with the suction on this. However I thought the run time was 55mins but it’s only 55mins if you use it without the long attachment and use the short attachments. The run time for the long attachment is 17 mins. The bin is small but easy to empty. I have bought a Miele appliance for the first time as I am hoping it will last be a long time - only time will tell!
