Fantastic machine - I have had Jura machines before but this one is the best so far, totally single touch after set up dispersing your preferred mix os smooth or frothy milk (I don’t like too much froth!) Even cleaning is simplified, you had the cleaning granules for the milk system and it adds hot water, waits until dissolved and then cleans system. All this plus the best coffee I order to most of the coffee shops especially the likes of Costa and Starbucks- in fact I don’t drink them anymore !

AO service has been A*** that is why I always come back to you. My new coffee machine was sent initially and had been used! Looked like a returned item! It was quickly exchanged and a new one came and the service was top notch. Should I now win, i will promote this to a LOT of people!!

Absolutely fantastic coffee machine. Have had several bean to cup machines, from various brands, and this is, without a doubt, worth every penny. It is pricier than most machines, but the available programmes, and the ease of cleaning the milk system, is second to none.

AO delivered item on agreed date and time. Friendly and efficient delivery driver. This is the best bean to cup coffee maker on the market and looks absolutely stunning. The abilities to make so many different coffees including cold coffee drinks (first bean to cup machine that can do this) make this the must have bean to cup coffee machine. If you want the best then this is it and AO saved me lots of money on purchase as well, a win win situation!
