Good with discount was affordable. Included fluid goes a long way. Wouldn't recommend for large areas as will take a while.

Great at cleaning rugs, runners and recent spillages on sofas, haven’t yet been able to bring out long-standing stains on sofa. Overall happy.

Horrified at how much yuck had been trodden into my stair carpet! On first use I think I used too much water though and almost a week on the carpet is still damp. Once it dries I will give it another go over, and hopefully have carpet that looks like new once it is dry! I thought the machine would suck up more of the liquid, but it was my first use of it. Lesson learned. It has at least saved me from having to replace my grotty carpet that has withstood years of heavy traffic (5 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats). The sample bottle of detergent did not come with a measuring cap so I had to improvise. The instructions that come with the machine are very poor but luckily there are good videos on YouTube. Overall very pleased I took the plunge.

Bought this after doing a research for a while, good suction, not too heavy and it's good for a small household. Only the downside for me is that there is no lock the hose / spray, but it's a spot clean machine so it is designed for that I suppose. I'd prefer to have bigger water tank, similar to the dirt tank. Apart from that, quite happy with it so far.

Really good Love how versatile it is. Did a great job of getting really old stains out of the carpet and has totally transformed my cars carpets.

Very compact, easy to set up. Used once and was amazed how well it cleaned rug. Very good product.

Great product but I was hoping the suction would be a little stronger, you have to wait about 6-12 hours for upholstery to dry after cleaning. The sample cleaning product works well on pet odours, and the clean and dirty water tanks hold lots of water. Hose is just about the right length, product is easy to store. Power cable is pretty long and made with durable material. The machine is pretty noisy, maybe slightly louder than a typical vacuum machine.
