I love the fact that it’s compact size. However it’s too noisy which isn’t good for the ears and the suction is bad. Really disappointed. A waste of my money

No instructions just pictures which is annoying and the levels for water and solution are confusing I didn't realize the hose would be so short but owing to the size that's understandable i had to go on my hands and knees to clean rug not ideal but on the plus side easy to empty and clean did a great job especially on the stairs and the compact size made it easy to carry and store

Does the job i bought it for, leaves the carpet/upholstery damp but not soaked. Cleans well enough for a small spot machine and is compact so easy to store. Dosing the shampoo is awkward as it doesnt come with dosing tool to measure out the 59ml required, why isn't it 60ml? It's also quite loud so i wont be able to pull it out should the need arise while my youngest is asleep without the risk of waking them. Overall its a good machine and definitely value for money. Glad I got it and will likely be using it a fair bit!

Cleans very well. Light and easy to carry. My problem is the totally flexible hose means getting down to floor to clean carpets... But in general, I love it.

Works well, rather noisy but don't mind it so much now. Feels good to know the floors are getting getting good clean.

Very easy to use and did a good job on my sofa, but wish the hose was longer.

Very nice compact device for spot cleaning. Probably can do larger areas if required. Only knocked a star off as the Bissell fluids are quite expensive.
