used for the first time today,found pick up or suction was good,brush heads felt as if i put much pressure on them they would break,water tank was to small if you wanted to cover large area,water leaked on to electrical parts on occasion,bit worrying,when i came to clean the cleaner,some nooks&crannys were hard to get to,it took a little time to do so,but overall did a good job,im sure the longer i use it the easier it will be to use.

Brought our armchairs up as good as new. Easy to use although had to find a video as the instructions were just pictures!! Small sample of cleaning fluid provided would do a few tanks full. Furniture dried very quickly once finished which was ideal

Great cleaner, although a bit messy

The product seems very well built and although I have so far only used it once, it did a good job of sprucing up a rug in the hallway, getting rid of the mud stains that had been there for a while. The only reason I have given it 4 stars rather than 5, is that it has a rather noisy motor. But don't let that put you off, this is a very good product that works well.

Love this product as it’s portable and does the job but only down side is, when cleaning a rug or a carpet that has loose carpets hairs, the strands get clogged up in the suction heads (even if you suck up water to flush it out). Otherwise, it is a product worth buying :)

Had a leak in my car and parts of the seats and carpet got wet and smelly. Used the spot cleaner to clean and dry them off. Worked well. Can see it being handy for the next time something gets spilt on the sofa or carpet, which is quite often as I have kids. One bonus is that it doesn’t take up much room to store it either.

The cleaner works very well and lifts the stains very well and easily. The instructions for use are awful - pictures which I found very difficult to follow - I generally like pictures but these were bad. Now that I've figured out how to use the cleaner is great.

Cleaned the sofa and rug stains with It. It tackled them with ease. The colour of the water was a surprise it was filthy!
