Very nice flame effect and looks good in-situ. Even my previously sceptical wife likes it now and that's praise indeed. Some screws were loose but not a problem.

This is a lovely looking fire with a quite sleek design. It is really easy to use with the remote and I like that you can have the flames without the heat if you want as psychologically the room feels warmer. It also gives off a good amount of heat. Really pleased with it. Also really pleased with the service/delivery as it was really fast and the driver kept me informed as to delivery times etc.

Super little fire. Just right for our needs. I like the fire display. Looks as real as they come. Glowing 'coals'. Much better than false-looking flames around plastic logs. It's sensitive too and reacts well to room temperature. The thermostat is excellent and the hand control saves a lot of bending down when your bones are getting old - like mine! Not the cheapest fire on the market but well worth the money. You only get what it says on the tin - but in this case, there's a lot in there! AO were excellent too. Their delivery was spot on and we saved over £150 compared to another supplier we considered at first. That's a lot of savings. Thanks, AO.

We’ll built product which is easy to use with the remote control. Looks lovely as a centre piece and gives out a lot of heat. No fuss in setting up and lovely to have the coal glows without the mess of real coal.

Really happy with the stove looks the part and the flames are very realistic . Warms the room up quickly great value for money

Lovely looking electric log burner, doesn’t look too fake like ones with logs, looks really realistic with the coals and glow!! We love it!!
