Have previously had this model. Quick and quiet and seems well made. However boiled water when used to make tea tasted very metallic. This continued after boiling up several times. Eventually cured by adding bicarbonate of soda to hot boiled water, stirring and leaving overnight. Fine now

This is a good kettle but not a silent boil as stated. It could be that there's noiser kettles but this one has a standard noise so it isn't "quiet boil" as stated! otherwise its a good kettle with a faster then usual boil time. The internal is also better for reducing limescale.

I liked it. Works well boils quickly and I think is a good price.

Nice looking kettle. But its far from quiet! Its in fact loud. It boils ok but not particularly fast as stated. It pours well and does the job.

Looks good and seems efficient. Nice and quiet. Helpful gauge inside to boil small quantities economically.

Attractive looking kettle but the water level is difficult to read and the on/ off switch looks quite fragile - only time will tell us.

Replacement kettle. This is much quieter and faster to boil. But beware the outside gets very hot
