A Which? Best Buy and well deserved. Feels sturdy, quick to boil and easy to get the quantity right. Only quibble is the slow auto switch-off.

Nice looking kettle. Easy to fill and boils quickly - fairly quietly too. Excellent product for the price Only downside to report is that Russell Hobbs stick a sticker down the side of the actual kettle and, even though this sticker is easy to peel off, it leaves a clearly visible oblong patch where it was. (Not a biggy but makes me twitch). Hoping it will fade/blend in in time

Lovely kettle with nice design & features. Very quiet & quick to boil. Only issue was the "new" taste. We boiled it with bicarbonate of soda once & white vinegar twice to try and remove the taste. It is now better, two weeks later, but still has that aftertaste which also flavours the cooking as well if using boiling water. Amy other suggestions for getting rid of this?

Very quick to boil and very quiet. Shakes a little when it comes up to boiling but otherwise very pleased with this kettle.

This is our second kettle. The lid broke on the first after 16 months but it is more bother than it is worth to send it back.

It’s best feature is that it’s quiet - if you don’t want to interrupt the early morning news. It seems easy to use and fairly simple and better for it.

Very pleased with this - I like the blue light that shows when it’s boiling, it looks sleek and like a kettle!!
