This cleaner is fine to keep the floor clean once it has been scrubbed, but it doesn't 'deep' scrub the floor! I will still have to get on my hands and knees and scrub to remove shoe marks from matte black floor tiles. It's a pity that the scrubby pads are so soft, and it's not obvious whether I can use other harder Bissell pads on this model.

Trying to avoid having to hard scrub the floor but unfortunately this isn't a solution to that; it will keep the floor clean after a good scrub only

Very light and easy to use and take up very little storage space. My only dislikes is telling the difference between the soft and rougher pad.

Good domestic floor polisher. Easy to use and much better than a normal mop

Really pleased with my new mop. Takes a bit of getting used to to use it. Works well and far easier than a normal mop and bucket
