Very pleased, easy to put together and use. Is quite strong so you need to be able to keep hold of it but it does a good job. Stubborn marks may need a preclean first. Overall, very happy with purchase.

Brilliant. After spending years using a mop to clean kitchen and stone floors throughout house, I am delighted this is a fantastic item. I have arthritis so cleaning the floor has been a chore that is always put off but now it is so much easier on the hands and arms.

Excellent service from AO, the product came within a few days of ordering. The actual product is also very good, takes a couple of goes to get it under control but ut dues clean the floor really well, right to the edges which other products don't. Would definitely recommend it. Shame it doesn't Hoover up as well
