The iron is OK but maybe a little heavy and it does drip water quite often which can be really annoying. I'd recommend buying something cheaper because I don't see any advantage over cheaper models.

He iron we bought is exactly as described. We searched some reviews and agree that it is on the heavy side. We got through AO at a great price so are fully satisfied.

Very happy with the iron - it's very efficient, heats up quickly and is easy to use. It's slightly wider than a 'standard' iron so it won't fit in the wall-mounted holder I got from IKEA. It's also a little heavy, but this is likely to be why it's so good at pressing.

This is my first order and it was extremely quick and efficient, I ordered one day and collected the next, couldn't have been better. I have had a chance to use my item, a Russell Hobbs iron and am very pleased.

I have always preferred a steam generator iron but decided to give this unit a try as I have found Russell Hobbs to be a good brand in the past and value for money. I've only had the iron for a month but so far so good - the weight of the iron is excellent and coupled with the powerful steam shot, it makes short work of stubborn creases. Build quality is excellent and the sale price was even better.
