This iron is quite simply brilliant, we have two of them.

Didn’t realise how bad my old iron was until it stopped working this new one is brilliant a little heavier than the old one but not too heavy & I actually enjoyed ironing for the first time in ages it hardly took any time at all

Bought this machine as my least one from JML decided it didn't want to throw steam anymore? A steam iron that doesn't steam, how novel! I've used it 3 times in its first week. Absolutely love it. This item was rated as No.1 for value and overall by many well known guides on the internet and it doesn't let down. It glides over my ironing like a hot knife through butter. This tip of the sole plate is designed for buttons and makes an easy task of my white work shirts so no more missed button flaps. The sole plate itself is easy glide and doesn't snag on the clothing. The steam throw is ridiculous and scary when first used as you don't expect that much steam. The heat up on first plug in took longer than expected but after the first time it heats up very quickly. My ironing doesn't know what hit and and I've already recommended to my family and would highly recommend it to others Also not sure if others noticed but it cools down after use quite quickly too which is a nice surprise. Not forgetting how modern and cool it looks in black.

Iron is light, so no aching when ironing. Good amount of heat and steam which allows for good ironing! I am very impressed for the price of this iron.
