The good points: It has a long lead and it heats up quite quickly. The bad points: To set the temperature there are tiny little dots, barely visible on the dial. They are so small I had to put my glasses on to see (I have to admit I have never had to put my glasses on to iron before!!). The dial is very loose and if you catch it by accident you can turn up/turn down the heat setting without realising. The sole plate is supposed to glide over the fabric. Not in my experience. If you should have to iron over a seam it drags the item. The steam control button on the top of the iron with the iron I have I'm afraid its all or nothing! There is no storage for the cable (my previous iron you could wrap the cord round the base). All in all I dont think this is a particularly good iron. It has been designed to look good without much thought to the actual practicalities of using it.

Quite heavy, but that's probably helpful in an iron. The extra long 3 metre cable is a boon in our house. Overall, seems a good product; only time will tell.

This is the pinnacle of ironing technology, my clothes are the flattest they have ever been (:))

We have only made limited use of the product so far, but, based only upon this short period, we are very happy with it.
