Excellent product, easy to use and clean. Perfect size, does not take up to much worktop space in the kitchen. Coffee stays hot and drinkable for an acceptable time.

The coffee machine makes good coffee, especially when I select the slow infusion option. I particularly like that the hotplate remains hot for 40 minutes after brewing, with the coffee remaining hot right up to the 40 minutes used and without spoiling the flavour. The machine is slim and elegant looking and the blue lights when the machine is on are great. So far, I am happy with my purchase and with the coffee it produces.
