Product was excellent and service was equally good. Good value.

Both Kettle and Toaster look shiny and new. The kettle isn't quiet though. and there is no indication from the outside regarding how much water is in it. The toaster seems to brown the bread evenly. I bought this set for a bargain price so I am not disappointed.

The toaster set off the smoke alarm on its lowest setting and the eject button did not work . We contacted Russell Hobbs and then were transferred to AO and the very next morning got a replacement set .So far it all seems to be working nicely. Well done for that service . Just read at the bottom not to mention service but sorry that is the whole point surely . Otherwise the review would be "Toaster was duff"
