Really pleased with my purchase- love the fact I can use fresh beans or pre ground coffee . Item looks smart on the worktop and doesn’t take up to much space. Perhaps the cup symbol could be more visible ? Very pleased overall .

Absolutely as described. I love the full beans option as well. The only thing is that cleaning can be a big effort and messy, especially after grounding whole beans.

Amazing! We bought this after our last machine stopped working - really easy to set up and work out the controls. keep warm function for 40 mins is a life saver if, like me, you set the machine going and then forget! The grinder on the machine is great with various settings for how course you want them, my only comment would be that the filter/grinder is a bit awkward to clean without getting coffee grounds everywhere but I'm sure I'll get the knack of it soon enough. Also looks great!

Over the past few months we have had 2 or 3 coffee machines and all developed some faults or other, So we really looked at all the in’s and out’s of our next choice of coffee ?? machine and lo and behold we have hit the top ?? spot with the Russell Hobbs bean and ground coffee maker. We could not have found any machine better in our minds and plus it was not all that expensive,makes super coffee with beans or ground and absolutely Love it ?? on a rating out of 10 we give it 50 out of 10 .....????????????

Excellent product easy to use grind function and makes great coffee! 40 min hot plate function can be a little restrictive but overall really happy with the purchase, option of an additional years warranty is good and makes for peace of mind coffee making for many years.

This is a great machine and a great product . I’m thoroughly happy with it and all of its features especially the integrated grinder and timer for my morning commute coffee ready to go when I am....

Had for a few months, now it's broken. It takes 45 minutes to make a pot of coffee.
