Had for a few months, now it's broken. It takes 45 minutes to make a pot of coffee.

a little disappointed with this as the description said no auto cut off but it does after 40 minutes, it cuts off apparently as coffee tastes funny after 40 mins, I have never found this to be the case, maybe I like it that way - but the only reason for going for this product was that is didnt have an auto cut off - which it does !!

It's ok and does what it's supposed to do, but wouldn't buy it at a full price. Coffee beens only get a very quick grind, so stay in big pieces which in return means weaker coffee and a need to use more coffee beans. So I've opted for grinding the beans before hand and then using this coffee machine as a basic filter coffee machine. Reading other reviews I believed this will be something better than what it is.

Doesn't keep hot for long.

ok machine.downsides are that beans are not grinded long enough. And would prefere the use of paper coffee filters . This coffee filter reservoir is quite messy.

I had high hopes of this coffee maker,sadly though the grinder had only one type of grind that was "course", therefore the coffee was not pleasant. Spoke to Russell Hobbs who said it was a fault & to contact AO.com the supplier, they were excellent & I've upgraded to another make.

Very good for the price, but arrived with one of the pins snapped off. Replace the plug socket and works well, a big annoyance though is the drip nozzle doesn’t align with the lid of the jug so it leaks everywhere if you leave the lid down as your meant too

Cleaning the used coffee out is a bit of a pain But overall this is quite an amazing bit of kit Very easy to operate and pleasing to look at, overall I would recommend this machine as always great price and service from ao.
