I was quite dubious about this at first however it has cut the time of my cleaning in half & leaves the floor really sparkly clean, fantastic product.

Old steamer and hoover both broke around same time. After lots of research I decided to go for this one rather than the newer model mainly because the size of the dust box was twice. I had hoovered and steam cleaned my tiled kitchen floor less than 48 hours before trying this out. Wow! Just like on those adverts, you could see the line I did with this straightaway! It is not too heavy to push and fairly flexible. Other comments have mentioned not getting right up to the edges, and that is the case sideways on, but if you go up to the edges head on, you can do them. I did my rugs and carpets too - oh my, the filth it picked up, but they came up amazing. I was even able to do the stairs. Easy to clean out. Empty the jug and rise that out thoroughly. I had to rinse the actual base of the machine, where the water is sucked up into the jug as that collected quite a lot of muck and damp hair. Best method I have found is give the whole area a good hoover first, empty dust box, and then go back over with water and suction. That makes cleaning the jug/box out a bit less mucky. Once all done, use the tray and clean water to clean the brush and then store. Lead is very long, 8m I think. All in all I am so happy I went with this one. My floors and rugs have clearly never been so clean. Very happy customer.

The product is good except it does not get close enough to the edges. It works quite well on our textured tiles but could do with more suction. Ordering and paying was easy. Good delivery tracking and polite driver but what idiots puts the label to be scanned on the bottom of the item??

Only had my crosswave for a week, but I think it’s going to save me a huge amount of time. I hate having to Hoover I then mop my floors & love that this does both at the same time.

Good all round cleaner. Love the way it picks up all of the dog hair. Have a large kitchen floor so it is quick and efficient

I really don't know what to say about this product apart from its truly amazing it will clean and dry your floors and rugs, mats like nothing else.

Very happy with the performance of this cleaner. Previously I used a vaccum and then a spray mop but was always concerned that the floors were not getting a thorough clean. The crosswave was easy to use and there was not a lot of water so the floors dried quickly. The reason four four stars is that each time the product is used it requires cleaning. Admittedly there was a lot of dirt in the tank having not had a through clean prior to this but the cleaning operation took around twenty minutes. This puts me off getting it out for small spillages.
