Really great product, cooks food nicely and easy to clean

Excellent value for money, couldn't fault the service or delivery. Combination of grill & griddle works well for a family of 5 . Only one item to wash has to be a bonus.

Returned item its teeny ..my neighbour has the older version which is much bigger...10 portions should mean in my opinion 10 portions each side not for both so 5 each as in 10 eggs on flat plate not a chance , The hinged lid also was really really loose bit too loose ..seemed like would have issues in time

This is a superb bit of kitchen equipment it save you having to use your main cooker for those heated snacks and there is only one thing better than the Grill & griddle and that is the delivery, service and aftercare that AO provide

It cooks fantastic steaks but is a nightmare to clean as the plates are not removable and debris collects round the hinges which are inaccessible. I had to return the grill because the flat plate on the right kept coming on intermittently while the control was off. I am considering a grill with removable plates for easier cleaning which opens flat so you can cook on both surfaces.
