Bought this as we had an earlier model and loved it. Best feature is the FOUR slots. You can control the of degrees of toasting required easily. You can pop up the bread as you want and then press to continue to the original level of toasting you’d selected. It takes teacakes etc as it has wide openings. Would highly recommend. Excellent value for the money paid.

Good quality. Price was very cheap. Has all the functions. Good for thick slice bread.

Positives: toaster looks good and bread is browned evenly but... there is a strange' oily' smell coming from the toaster, smell is heightened when in use. Hard to read the buttons for defrost etc. AO.com have been excellent in this issue and are sending a replacement.
