good quality working printer, compatible with most devices, especially Apple stuff, at a sensible working cost.

Really easy to set, print quality is good. Ideal for everything I need and access to the HP Smart printing too which arrives really quickly. Would definitely recommend

This was an upgrade to my previous HP Smart printer, Easy to set up great quality and 6 months free instant ink.

I bought this printer for personal poster and label printing. The quality of the prints is very good and I like all the printing options. The printer looks great in my work space; although quite bulky its very neat looking. It feels very cheap and not very sturdy. I was disappointed with the quality and expected more from HP, even if it is their cheaper range. Setting it up was awful. It took 2 hours and a factory reset. Every time it completed the set-up it said it was ready to print. I’d try to print something then it would show an error asking me to complete set-up. It got stuck in a loop like this for ages. The printing is loud and so it the start up. My last printer was an Epson and lasted over 10 years with frequent use. My expectations were maybe to high because the bar was high. I definitely wouldn’t buy this printer again. The cons massively outweigh the pros.

A very good printer, although I needed help from the HP website to install the printer commands on my computer. I have always had HP printers and this was the most difficult to install. Printing quality is excellent.

Excellent product - although a little dearer than the standard HP fare, but well worth it . Relatively easy to set up and works a treat with I pad , I phone , and home computer. Easy for visitors to link into as well. Good quality , fast printing and although on line all the time , it means you are never short of ink with Instant ink plus . Would highly recommend.

As usual AO turned up exactly in the slot advertised and the printer from HP is a really nice looking piece of kit. Everything I expected it would do it does flawlessly. I can't tell you about the ink usage; but as always I wish that the real inks would be able to be closer to the aftermarket prices. Whilst I appreciate that HP say that their inks mean a better print quality. For most of us who aren't using Photo Quality printing price is a real driver.
