I'm loving my new printer/copier/scanner and the benefits that come with the ink subscription. You have to download the Smart printer app and register your printer so that they know when your printer is running low on ink so you don't have to manually reorder which is really handy. I have had to top up with ink which was sent out by Royal Mail, it did take over 5 days to get here but that is an issue with the Royal Mail delivery service ?? It isn't a small printer and the lid is quite high because of the paper feeder so you'll need a big space to put it. It's very quick when printing and it's also very quiet compared to others I've had. I've given 4 stars because I haven't explored everything the printer does yet ( I'm sure it will even make the tea, it's that clever lol) but I'm sure it will be 5 stars after I've explored.

Super easy set up, quick print off any device and the quality is really good for an office printer. Exactly what I needed. Very happy with the purchase!

Printer is easy to set up and use Don’t bother with hp instant ink - a subscription service. There are too many strange Terms and Conditions. Beware read them before you commit and decide if it’s for you.

Printer is good, but AO's 6 month ink trial with HP is purely fictitious. I had to contact HP direct with numerous pieces of evidence, even a video of the AO webpage saying "This model comes with a 6-month Instant Ink trial with HP+.". Chances are it won't come with a 6 month sticker and you will have to go to HP direct and argue your case. They (HP) said that they are under no obligation to add the missing three months to the Instant Ink account!!! Good will gesture and all that.. Thanks to HP, not AO. Lesson for the future, if it has an offer buy direct from the manufacturer - this printer was only 1p less than buying from HP (which 'guaranteed' the six months ink offer).

Got it to replace a previous type. Only thing that bothers me about it is that the tray extender isn’t automatic so if you don’t leave it out, the pages are spewed all over the floor. Has better Wi-Fi connectivity than the previous model.

Early days but it seems good, a printer for the money . Nice desk top size and appears quite solid . Good value for money.
