Doesn't fit a slice of bread, doesn't toast the bread evenly on each side and if that isn't enough to discourage you, it also takes forever to toast the bread!! We liked the design but even that was short lived as after just 3 months of use its started to rust!! My advice if you actually want a toaster fit for purpose - this is not for you!!

Looks good, but very poorly made. First toaster had the "Russell Hobbs" smudged across front, exchanged for another where the chrome started to go rusty after just a few uses, exchanged for a third where the "pop up" feature didn't work properly, waiting for a replacement, but Russell Hobbs seem to have forgotten... been waiting a few weeks now

Lovely toaster, even does the toast lovely but already theres a mark on the top left where we've used it a couple of times & that drives me mad ! Cant stand the browny discolour Mark's they leave on the top of the lovely shiny silver . & it won't come off once its stained it !

Attractive and matches kettle but rather slow to toast the bread.

Toasts things really well and evenly spread as expected but considering the size of the toaster, a normal sized slice of bread doesn't fit in it either standing up or on its side, meaning you either cut some of the bread off or toast twice?

Both looks great and works well.
