Rubbish item. Spindle falls off every time bowl is removed. No dough tool as in description. Bad packaging, no covers on blades so i cut my hand while trying to unpack.

I bought this food processor 2 months ago. Middle Of blending stopped working and doesn’t work anymore. Worst food processor ever…. Worst product from Russell Hobbs

It seems a bit flimsy and to many parts to put together, my old one was easy and simple and did the same job.

Initial use seems not to purée as good as my last one and the motor is a little noisy

We've only used it twice but it has a powerful motor for such a compact machine and has worked well each time. It looks good on the worktop and all the tools can be stored easily. So far we are very happy with it.

It helps the preparation for cooking becomes much more easier. Highly recommend.

Very happy with product and accessories. Only thing I would say is I would have liked a bigger manual! I wouldn't normally say this but the instructions were 4 pages long and didn't explain at all what accessory you need to use for easy method. Maybe if you already have a processor/ blender you would already know. But otherwise happy.
