I would like to thank everyone at AO.com especially Chelsea one of the customer service reps who helped me sort out a problem and arrange for collection and a replacement for the food processor the next day. The replacement food processor ( same make and model) does everything that I would expect. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent product !! we did already have a food processor but it was huge and bulky, the Russel Hobbs desire is half the size and just as useful we both love using it.
