Ordered toaster and kettle. The toaster arrived dented. Emailed ao and have had no reply. Wont be buying again

I'd say this toaster is ok. The lift and look function is very good, and it's fast. The downside is it probably doesn't toast very consistently in terms of coverage on the toast and having runiform results on the same setting.

This is a beautiful toaster and goes so well with our kitchen. Toast lovely does a great job

Looks great (the matching kettle is slightly darker but I don't mind), but it doesn't toast the bread evenly on both sides. We are not too fussed about it though.

Nice toaster, works well. The only slight issue is that the colour isn’t very blue, it’s more black. But it is still a good looking toaster.

It works well and toasts evenly. Both when doing 2 or 4 slices. I would have awarded 5 stars except that it is a tight fit for Asda's white thick cut slices. The slots are a little too short to take the slice and I have to force them down into the toaster. This is the first thick sliced loaf I have tried so I hope others might fit better, but don't really think they will be much different. The toaster looks very smart and is a good shape unlike many of the pricier competitors. Nice paint job too!
