    It works well and toasts evenly. Both when doing 2 or 4 slices. I would have awarded 5 stars except that it is a tight fit for Asda's white thick cut slices. The slots are a little too short to take the slice and I have to force them down into the toaster. This is the first thick sliced loaf I have tried so I hope others might fit better, but don't really think they will be much different. The toaster looks very smart and is a good shape unlike many of the pricier competitors. Nice paint job too!

    Great toaster, wonderful colours and cooks toast perfectly Matching kettle also purchase and equally as striking. Rapid boil of 1,2 or 3 cups and is also very quiet. Both items have a high quality finish and are well made. Would recommend highly.
