This was a replacement for an older model we have used for many years. Absolute delight to use, so was to clean with the removable plates for the dishwasher and such a reduction in cooking smells. Additionally so much easier to pack away with its more uniform shape. Excellent product.

A little larger than what I’m used to but Wausau to clean and a worthwhile buy

I purchased this as an upgrade to an earlier model, it has a much better design, removable & dishwasher safe hot plates & drip tray are so much better, it is a tad heavy & I was disappointed that there is still no way to neatly stow the power lead, as it is a bit of a lump to store away, I’ve used it to cook a number of various items & it cooks well, also the new design on the hot plates does actually seem to reduce the smoke & smell, I’m very pleased.

Uneven cooking. The bottom plate seems to get less hot than the top one. We made toast with fillings which was brown on the top but soggy on the bottom. Not sure if my toaster is faulty, or is it a design flaw because of the holes on the bottom? We had a very basic GF grill that used to make the toast evenly from both sides. An upgrade appears to be a poor choice.

Dries food out, and not as smoke free as they claim.
