I'm really happy with this handheld. It's very practical and light to use, it gets very hot in a matter of seconds and removes creases quickly. In some clothing items there's no need to redo back and front. The steam goes through the fabric sorting out both sides in one go. The water tank is generous and lasts long enough to go through a few items without refill. The cord is long enough to use horizontal or vertically. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic piece of equipment effortless to use and does the job quickly

Easy to use but a big weighty, too much use and my arm starts to ache.

I bought this because I hate ironing and from the web reviews I saw of garment steamers, they seemed to work more quickly with less fuss for a crease free finish. In some cases people even managed to clean stains from old musty coats with their garment steamers. But the Morphy Richards Express Steamer didn't do any of this for me. It's no better than an iron really. It's not lighter or more effective in removing creases. In fact, I find it tiring to use, specially as you're always holding it vertical and working against gravity, unlike an iron. I also managed to lightly scald my hands a few times but that might be my own fault. On a positive note, this steamer did manage to freshen up an old duvet that had a plastic smell from long term storage!

Game changer! So glad I bought this. Just don’t operate it under your smoke detectors! :-)
